Evaluation of employees of 50 years in progress, two CSS officers retired

As reported in this website, the Government of India has started evaluation of 50+ years of staff. According to information, two officers have been given premature retirement from the service under fundamental Right rule 56(j), which cover Group -A & B and who entered service before 35 years of age and have attained 50 years of age. The officer shall be paid three months pay and allowances in lieu of the notice period. Two CSS officers: one Dy Secretary and one Under Secretary have been given premature retirement.
