Ex-Ashok Leyland, PepsiCo Executive Madhavan Hariharan joins Birlasoft board

Madhavan Hariharan has been appointed as an Additional Director, designated as

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Birlasoft Limited, with effect from December 8, 2026. Hariharan has been associated with the CKA Birla Group since January 2018 as Group CFO and Head of Strategy, overseeing group strategy, finance, governance and risk management across its businesses in India, Europe and the US. He has previously held leadership roles at Ashok Leyland, PepsiCo, Tata SIA and Royal Philips in the Netherlands Meanwhile, Angan Guha has resigned as Director, CEO and MD and Key Managerial Personnel of the company with effect from the close of business hours on December 7, 2026, citing personal reasons.
