Ex-Chief Secretary of Jharkhand witnessed creeping court stairs

The officers who committed fodder scam in order to propitiate two Chief Ministers in Bihar are compelled to lead a miserable life. Sajal Chakraborthy, and is a retired IAS officer of 1980 batch of Jharkhand cadre who served as Chief Secretary of this State, was witnessed crawling the stairs of a court in Ranchi during hearing in fodder scam case. Once powerful, he was not escorted to extend help.
