Dr K M Abraham, a 1982 batch IAS officer retired as CS in 2017. He has been re-appointed as Secretary, Finance (Infrastructure) and also CEO, KIIFB, a Rs 50K crore state infrastructure fund. He is also a Licensed Financial Analyst (LIFA).
