Ex I&B Secretary, N K Sinha is now IC in Bihar

N K Sinha, former Secretary I & B in the GoI, has been appointed Information Commissioner (IC) Bihar. He is a 1980 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer. According to sources he was trying a post retirement job in GoI but centre didn't oblige him.
