As many as four former Indian civil servants were invited to speak at the 4th International Conference on Economic Diplomacy and Internationalisation organised by International Center for Promotion of Enterprises (ICPE) at Ljubljana, Slovenia. Dr. Anand Asthana (IAS MP 1976) chaired the conference which was attended by economists and experts in international relations across the world. Presentations were made by Prabhu Dayal (IFS 1976), Julius Sen (IAS MT 1976) and Dnyaneshwar Mulay (IFS 1983). India is a founder member of 50 year old ICPE. Sometime back the then President Ram Nath Kovind visited ICPE to strengthen India’s relationship with this intergovernmental organisation.
