A 1972 batch retired IAS officer of Maharashtra, Mrs Neela Satyanarayan has succumbed to COVID-19 at Mumbai in Maharashtra. She was 72. According to sources, her husband is also stated to be critical with her son and daughter undergoing treatment in hospital.
