The Board of Indiabulls Housing Finance has appointed former RBI Deputy Governor SS Mundra as head of re-organization committee of the company to take necessary decisions on the proposed merger of the company with Lakshmi Vilas Bank.The merger proposal is awaiting RBI approval.
