Field Marshal in IAS and IPS ?
Field Marshal means who doesn’t retire. In IAS, it is said 1964 batch IAS officer N K Singh and in IPS, 1975 batch officer Vijay Kumar is Field Marshal. Presently N K Singh is Chairman of the Fifteenth Finance Commission while Vijay Kumar is senior security adviser in home ministry.
