She was felicitated by Minister N.S. Boseraju on September 26 before departure. Manjula N (2002 batch) appointed as the new IT-BT Secretary. This marks the fifth high-profile central deputation from Karnataka in recent months (following C. Shikha, Anil Kumar T, Srikar MS, and Ajay Nagabhushan).
