First time a serving IAS is appointed CEO, PB

Since the beginning any retired bureaucrat, mostly IAS officers, were appointed as CEO, Prasar Bharti. In 2017, for the first time, the CEO was made a non-official person. But this time and for the first time a serving IAS officer - Gaurav Dwivedi, first Principal Secretary to the Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel, has been appointed to this post. PB came into existence in 1996.
