Five IAS officers get new assignments in Haryana

Dhanpat Singh has been appointed as ACS & Financial Commissioner, Revenue & Disaster Management and Consolidation Departments and Housing, while Siddhi Nath Roy was made ACS, Transport and Skill Development & Industrial Training and Rajesh Khullar is ACS, Home, Jails, Criminal Investigation and Administration of Justice. Besides, V Umashankar has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Local Bodies and Phool Chand Meena was made Director, Information, Public Relations & Languages in Haryana.
