Five IRSEE officers empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

Five officers of 1991 batch belonging to Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE): Anil Kumar Jain, J C S Bora, Pramod Kumar Khatri, Yogesh Partaity and Ajit Kujur Keshari have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary or equivalent posts in Government of India.
