Five ITS officers empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

As many as five officers of 1995 batch of Indian Telecommunications Service (ITS) have been empanelled for holding the posts of Joint Secretary or equivalent in the Government of India. The officers are: Mukesh Kumar, Navneet Chouhan, Sandeep Bhardwaj, Thomas Varghese and VD Godhate.
