Five Junior Time Scale (JTS) officers of Indian Postal Service (IPoS) have been shifted. Ratikanta Swain has been shifted to Odisha Circle, while B Narasappa was moved to Andhra Pradesh Circle and Shambhu Rai and Jay Prakash to Bihar Circle.
