Five Judicial Members shifted to various ITAT benches

As many as five Judicial Members of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) have been shifted to different Benches. Accordingly, Kul Bharat has been shifted to Pune bench, while Satber Singh Godara was posted to Delhi and Sandeep Gosain was transferred to Mumbai. Similarly, Pavan Kumar Gadale has been shifted to Panaji and Prakash Chand Yadav was posted to Bangalore bench.
