Five officers of Non State Civil Service (SCS) in Telangana have been promoted to the Indian Administrative Service and awarded Telangana Cadre against the Select Lists of 2021. The officers are: K Haritha, K Ashok Reddy, P Katyayani Devi, E V Narsimha Reddy and E Naveen Nicolas.
