Five per cent limit creating big problem !

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Ministry of Finance has fixed the five percent expenditure of the budget limit per month. This is creating a big problem before the govt officers. Despite the budget, offices can not pay electricity bills, Property Tax. Another major problem they face is the payment of Contract staff. If offices make the payment of Contract staff, they won't be able to meet other daily expenses. Most of the govt offices have the Contract staff and their monthly budget is five to eight per cent but this limit has stopped the payment of the staff also. Many offices have drawn the attention of MoF but no remedy till now.
