Five States skip Chintan Shivir called by MHA

The second day Chintan Shivir organized by the MHA concluded on Friday. The Ministry invited Home Ministers to attend the Shivir. But five states skip the Shivir. Neither CM nor HM of Bihar, West Bengal, Telangana, Delhi and Mizoram attended the same. Resident Commissioner, Bengal joined the Shivir. From Bihar and other three States officials were sent.
