For the first time? An IAS in Rajasthan tasked with 17 departments

It may sound bizarre that an IAS officer in Rajasthan has been tasked with 17 departments. It so happened that Principal Secretary Industries, Alok Gupta, 1996 batch, has gone abroad on long leave for a month. The Department of Personnel handed over his charge to Jogaram, an IAS of 2005 batch. It is not a hidden fact that Jogaram is already handling 13 departments. Now, with additional charge of Industries, MSME, BIP, and State enterprises Jogaram is heavily burdened with 17 departments. The question now is as to how many hours Jogaram will work?
