Former Delhi CS K K Sharma appointed Advisor to J&K Governor

Former Chief Secretary of Delhi K K Sharma, IAS (Retd.), has been appointed as Advisor to the Governor of Jammu & Kashmir. He has also served as Secretary (Higher Education), Government of India.
