Four railway service officer of 2005 batch empanelled as Joint Secretaries

Four officers of 2005 Batch of Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) (Civil) have been empanelled for holding the posts of Joint Secretary or equivalent at the Centre. They are: Harsh Kumar, Hussain Khan, Rajesh Mandloi and Saurabh Mishra.
