A second largest ‘Polymer Trade Fare: Plastivision-2020 of the country was inaugurated at Mumbai on January 16, 2020. Around 1.5 lakh people are expected to visit this four-day fare with participation of 25 countries. The fare organized by All India Plastics Manufacturing Association under the joint efforts of Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals focused on plastic recycling technology and opportunity in plastic waste management. Central Institute of Plastics and Technology (CIPET) and Plastic Parks of Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh also participated in the event.
