Four directors exit Scintilla Commercial & Credit Ltd board

Mrs. Pooja Kalanouria, Ms. Ritu Agarwal, and Mrs. Meena Agarwal have resigned from the position of Non-Executive Independent Directors of Scintilla Commercial & Credit Limited, while Ms. Manisha Khandelwal has stepped down as Non-Executive Director of the company.
