Four IAS officers get new assignment in Assam

Mrs. Ruby Borah has been appointed as Secretary, Personnel & AR and Training Department, Assam, while Niraj Verma, PS, Home and Additional Principal Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi, has been handed over additional charge of PS, Personnel Department, and Mrs. Varnali Deka, Secretary, Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department and MD, EGM, is also posted as Director, Assam Administrative Staff College, Khanapara, as additional charge. Besides, Devajyoti Hazarika, Commissioner, Guwahati Municipal Corporation, is transferred and will report to the Personnel Department for his posting.
