Four IAS officers get new assignments in UP

Kaushal Raj Sharma has been appointed as Commissioner, Varanasi Division with additional charge of DM, Varanasi, while Shambhu Kumar was made Managing Director, Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd, Varanasi and Dr Rupesh Kumar was made Special Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh. Besides, Kumar Prashant has been appointed as Special Secretary, Agriculture Production Commissioner in Uttar Pradesh.
