Four IAS officers get new responsibilities in Assam

Four IAS officers have been assigned new responsibilities in Assam. Bhaskar Phukan has been posted as Secretary, Coordination to Chief Secretary, Assam, while Rahul Kumar Gupta takes over as Under Secretary, Home & Political and Diwakar Nath Misra is posted as Commissioner and Secretary, Transportation & Development with additional charge of Director, Assam Administrative Staff College. Besides, Pabitra Ram Khaund, Secretary, Irrigation and Member, State Level Recruitment Commission for Class III Posts, Assam is also posted as Secretary, Water Resources Department as additional charge.
