Four IAS officers have been given new responsibilities in Bihar. Anil Chaudhary has been posted as Special Secretary, Home, while Upendra Prasad takes over as Additional Secretary, General Administration Department and Sanjay Kumar is now Chief General Manager, Bihar Development Mission, Cabinet Secretariat. Besides, Sparsh Gupta was appointed as MD, Bihar State Seed Development Corporation, Patna.
