Four IAS officers shifted in Assam

Four IAS officers in Assam have been shifted and sent to different places. Javir Rahul Suresh is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Home & Political Department, while Rahul Kumar Gupta takes over as Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Rangiya and Monuranjan Payeng is now Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bilasipara. Besides, Narayan Konwar, Secretary, Higher Education Department is also posted as Guardian Secretary of Baksa, Tamulpur and Chirang Districts as additional charge.
