Four IAS officers shifted in UP

Four IAS officers have been shifted and posted as special secretaries in different departments in UP. Pawan Kumar has been appointed as Special Secretary, Public Works Department, while Ravindra Kumar-I is Special Secretary, Excise and Dhirendra Singh Sachan will take over as Special Secretary, Medical, Health and Family Welfare. Besides, Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi was shifted as Special Secretary, Public Works Department.
