Four IAS officers shifted in West Bengal

Four IAS officers in West Bengal have been shifted. Accordingly, Dhaval Jain has been appointed as Commissioner, Howrah Municipal Corporation with additional charge of Additional District Magistrate, Howrah, while Abhishek Tiwary was made Joint Secretary, Health & Family Welfare Department and D P Karanam is posted as Director, MS&ME with additional charge of MD, Biswa Bangla Corporation. Besides, Nikhil Nirmal has been appointed Director, Textiles.
