Four ICAS officers transferred

Four officers of Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) have been shifted to different Ministries. Accordingly, Dr Dilip Kumar has been appointed as Controller of Accounts, Earth Sciences while Eddie Lalrinliana Khawlhring was made Deputy Controller General of Accounts in CGA while Ram Darash Chouhan is Controller of Accounts, Water Resources. Besies, Ms S S Devasthali has been posted as Deputy Controller General of Accounts in CGA.
