Four IPS officers in Uttarakhand promoted to IGP rank

Four IPS officers of 2005 batch in Uttarakhand have been promoted to the rank of Inspector General of Police (IGP). The officers are: Mukhtar Mohsin, Nilesh Anand Bharne, Karan Singh Nagniyal and Narayan Singh Napalchyal.
