Four IRTS officers of 1989 empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI

Four officers of Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) belonging to 1989 batch have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary/equivalent posts in Government of India. The officers are: Prabhas Dansana, Md Owais, Prabhat Ranjan and Vishwanath Shankar.
