Four ITS officers of 1992 batch empanelled as Joint Secretary in GoI
As many as four officers of f Indian Telecommunications Service (ITS) belonging to 1992 batch have been empanelled for holding Joint Secretary level posts in the Government of India. They are: S K Bhalla, Dinesh Mahur, Mukesh Mangal and Premijt Lal Solanki.
