Four members of SCS of Arunachal promoted as IAS
Four members of State Civil Service (SCS) of Arunachal Pradesh have been promoted as IAS and awarded Arunachal cadre. While Sumedha Yadav and Phunchu Norbu Thungon were promoted against the Select List (SL) of 2021, Duly Kamduk and Mamata Riba have been promoted against SL of 2022.
