Four members of SCS of Sikkim promoted as IAS
Four members of State Civil Service of Sikkim have been promoted as IAS against the SL of 2023 and allocated Sikkim cadre. The promoted officers are: Dr A B Karki, Dicky Yangzom, Kesang Dicki Rechung and Basant Kumar Lama.
