Four SCS members of Manipur awarded IAS

Four members of State Civil Service (SCS) of Manipur have been awarded IAS in the Manipur cadre-They are: Neeta Arambam, W Malemanganba Chenglei , Sorojit Salam and Dr Rangitabali Waikhom for the select list of 2016.
