Fourth time applications called for Member, Prasar Bharti

Prasar Bharat Corporation has invited applications fourth time for the post of Member, Pers during last two and half years. Third time it was called in June this year. Now on Oct 12 of this month fourth time advertisement was given fourth time. Member, Pers post is lying vacant since February 2017. And despite three attempts PB failed to select a suitable candidate for the job. Will this time PB gets a suitable candidate ?
