G C Chaturvedi to ensure smooth transition of leadership at the Board: ICICI Bank

The ICICI Bank Board says it is extremely pleased with appointment of G C Chaturvedi as Non Executive Part-time Chairman of the Bank which will provide maturity and sagacity to the deliberations of the Board. This would also ensure a seamless and smooth transition of leadership at the Board and would address stakeholder concerns in this behalf. He will assume charge on July 1, 2018.
