G C Hosur appointed as JS, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities

Girish Chandrashekhar Hosur has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities beyond April 27, 2026 i.e. after the tenure of the present incumbent, for a tenure upto the date of superannuation on October 31, 2027, by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of DS/Director level in the Department to JS level. He is a 1996 batch IFoS officer of HP cadre.
