Gagandeep sent to RCF
Gagandeep, who is a senior administrative grade (SAG) officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) and serving as Chief Personnel Officer (CPO) in Diesel Locomotive Modernisation Works (DMW), has been transferred to Railway Coach Factory, Kapurthala and posted in the cadre.
