Gautam Adani appointed Chairman, Ambuja Cements Ltd

Gautam Adani has been appointed as Chairman and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Ambuja Cements Limited. Besides, Karan Advani and MR Kumar have been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors of the company. Meanwhile, Maheshwar Sahu, Rajnish Kumar and Ameet Desai have been appointed as Independent Directors. At the same time, Ms Purvi Seth has been appointed as Independent Woman Director.
