Gen Bipin Rawat may be COSC’ Chairman months before retirement

Army Chief General Bipin Rawat could be appointed as the Chairman of Chiefs of Staff Committee (COSC) before his retirement in December 2019 as retirement of incumbent COSC Air Marshal B S Dhanoa, the Chief of Air Force Staff is in September 2019.
