Gita Gopinath is new IMFs First Deputy MD

Indian-American Gita Gopinath, the chief economist of International Monetary Fund (IMF), has been   promoted as IMF's First Deputy Managing Director considered to be second top post. She would replace Geoffrey Okamoto.
