Vicky Deepakkumar Shah has been appointed as an Additional Director and designated as Chairman of Glaam Up Jwel Limited. Meanwhile, Nirav Khatri has been re-designated from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director and Managing Director of the company. Separately, Amit Gupta has been re-designated from Managing Director to Non-Executive Director, while Urvik Dipakbhai Joshi has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
