GN Panda appointed as PCMD (CHOD), ECR

GN Panda – who is presently posted on East Central Railway (ECR) – has been appointed as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD) (CHOD) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
