GNFC declares highest ever dividend

The 42nd Annual General Meeting of Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GNFC) was held today at Bharuch.  M S Dagur, Managing Director, GNFC, who chaired the AGM announced 75% dividend this year, which is highest ever declared dividend in the 42 years of history of GNFC. Addressing the AGM, Dagur gave overall view of global and Indian economic trends. Quoting the World Bank,  he pointed out that the Gross Domestic Products (GDP) of India is likely be 7.3% this year and 7.5% in next financial year.
