GoI decides not to consider neighbouring countries bidders

The Government of India has amended its general financial rules 2017 with deciding not to consider the trading bidders of the Indian neighboring countries citing national security reasons.  Bidders from big countries like China and Pakistan will be unable to bid for the trading affairs.
