The Government of India is expected to issue advertisement soon for the post of Law Secretary seeking law expert. The post fell vacant after the retirement of incumbent Suresh Chandra who joined as Member Central Information Commission (CIC). Secretary Justice, Dr Alok Srivastava is holding an additional charge of this post.
